If you forgot your password, just visit https://app.involve.me/login and click on "Forgot password?" - make sure that you're logged out of your account, otherwise you'll just be redirected to your dashboard. Then enter your e-mail address and you will get a reset link sent to your address.

To set a new password when logged in, navigate to the dropdown under your User Name and select "Your Profile".

Click "Change Password" and this will open the Change Password screen. You'll be able to set up a new password for your account by entering the old one and confirming the new one. Your new password must contain a minimum of 1 lower case character, 1 upper case character, 1 digit and be at least 10 characters long.

If you created your involve.me account by logging in through Google or Microsoft, your account login is associated with these services. It is however important to understand that your Google/Microsoft password is not your involve.me account's password - these are separate things, even if you used one of the above services to sign up.

If you wish to unlink your account from these services and set a separate password, please sign out of your involve.me account and follow the "Forgot password" steps above. This will assign a password for your existing login email and unlink your account from the above services.
