This article will explain why you may be seeing the "You cannot proceed at this point, please contact support." error message when attempting to send email invitations, and how to resolve it.
Essentially this message means that you are trying to send bulk invites within 48 hours of starting your subscription plan.
Why This Happens
In order to protect our users and their data, we have implemented a 2 day wait period for new subscription plans, as a security measure. This means that bulk invites can only be sent 48 hours after you have started your subscription.
How to Resolve the Issue
If you need to send bulk invites immediately, please contact our support team. They will check your case and see if anything can be done to expedite the process.
Conversely, if you do not need to send bulk invites right away, you can simply wait the 48 hours and then try again. Your account will automatically be approved for bulk invites after this time period.
