Upgrade Plan
Simply follow these steps to change your plan:
Log in to your involve.me account, and from the dashboard and click on your Name & Account. From the dropdown menu select "Plans & Billing".
When on the Plans & Billing page, click on the "Change plan" button. This will show you an overview of all paid plans, and there you can select which one you'd like to upgrade to.
Review your new plan price. Once done, click the "Upgrade to (plan name)" button and the new monthly or yearly plan you've subscribed to will take effect instantly. You will only pay the days remaining in the current billing cycle of your new plan and will be credited the unused days of your old plan.
Update Your Billing Details
If you need to update your personal / company's information or credit card on file, you can do it directly in the Plans & Billing page.
Downgrade Plan
You can downgrade from a paid plan to an inferior plan anytime you want. The plan change will activate after your current billing cycle is over.
You can schedule the downgrade via the Plans & Billing page. Just click the "Change plan" button and then pick the plan you want to downgrade to.
Manage Add-Ons (Increase or Decrease Your Limits)
You can customize your plan limits at any time without changing your plan. This lets you add extra visits, leads, seats, custom domains, AI credits, and more. You can also use this to remove add-ons you no longer need.
Go to the Plans & Billing page.
Click the "Increase usage limits" button.
In the "Customize your limits" popup, use the – and + buttons to adjust any of the following: Live Funnels, Visits, Leads, Seats, Custom Domains, Custom Fonts, Storage, or AI Credits.
Click "View pricing" to review a summary of your changes and the updated cost.
Confirm your changes to apply them.
Add-ons are billed monthly alongside your plan. When you first add or increase an add-on, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
AI Credits addon: The monthly AI credits addon automatically adds a set number of credits to your account each month. These addon credits reset on the first day of each calendar month, the same as your plan credits. For full details on AI credit options, see the AI Credits article.
⚠️ Important: You do not need to cancel your subscription to remove an add-on. Simply click "Increase usage limits" and use the – button to decrease a limit back to its original value.
Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at anytime and return to the free plan.
The benefits of your previous plan will stay in place until your subscription period ends.
To cancel you'll need to go to the Plans & Billing page, and click the "Manage subscription" button.
On the next screen you'll see a breakdown of the features you'll lose, and how your account will be affected once you're back on the Free plan.
If you wish to proceed, simply click the "Cancel plan and delete my data" button, this will prompt you to take the cancelation survey.
⚠️ Important: Make sure to finish the cancellation survey, as your subscription is only cancelled once the survey has been completed.
