Email Automation allows you to create personalized workflows that respond automatically to contact activity, funnel submissions, payments, and saved segments.

Scheduled workflows: Start a workflow for a selected contact segment on a date and time you choose. Run it once or set a recurring schedule, such as weekly or monthly.

Restart a workflow: Enable Restart workflow in the Exit step to automatically re-enroll a contact when they reach that step. Set Max restarts to control how many times they can restart.

Prepare workflows with draft funnels: You can select a draft funnel and build its workflow before publishing. Testing requires a published funnel, and a workflow using a draft funnel cannot be activated. Publishing a funnel used as a workflow trigger automatically activates the connected workflow and shows you a confirmation.

When you click Create email sequence in the funnel’s settings, the current funnel is automatically selected in the trigger, whether you start from scratch or use a template.
