Each involve.me plan includes a specific number of funnels that can be live at the same time. This article explains how your included live funnel capacity works, where you can review it, and which options are available when your organization needs more live funnels.
You may see a message about your current live funnel capacity when publishing a funnel. The information below will help you understand what it means and choose the best next step.
How included live funnels work
Live funnels are funnels that have already been published. Once a funnel is live, it can be shared through its URL, QR code, or embedded directly on your website.
The number of live funnels included depends on your current plan. You can review the live funnels included in each plan on the pricing page, or check your current plan details directly in your account under Plans & Billing.
Your included live funnel capacity applies at the organization level. This means all workspaces within the same organization share the live funnel capacity included in your plan.
Add more live funnel capacity
Moving to a higher plan is one way to get more live funnels included. If the next plan includes more than you need right now, you can add extra live funnel capacity instead, as long as your current plan supports add-ons.
To get an add-on, go to Plans & Billing and click “Increase limits.”
Live funnel add-ons are available on the Grow and Scale plans.

- Grow plan
Add 5 live funnels for $10/€9 per month or $100/€90 per year.
This add-on can be added up to two times.
- Scale plan
Add 25 live funnels for $25/€25 per month or $250/€250 per year.
This add-on can be added up to ten times.
Your add-on follows the same billing interval as your plan. For example, if your plan is billed monthly, your add-on will be billed monthly as well. If your plan is billed yearly, your add-on will be billed yearly too.
ℹ️ When you move to a higher plan, your add-ons are automatically removed because the new plan already includes more live funnel capacity than your previous plan combined with the add-ons.
If your organization needs more live funnels than the Business plan plus live funnel add-ons provides, the Enterprise plan may be the best fit.
Publish another funnel when your current live funnel capacity is in use
When all included live funnel slots are already in use, you have several ways to make room for your next funnel. If you try to publish another funnel at that point, a message will appear with the available next steps.
You can move to a paid plan, add extra live funnel capacity if your plan supports add-ons, or end one or more existing live funnels so a new one can be published.
Depending on how many funnels are currently live, you may need to end more than one funnel before publishing the next one.
For example, on the Free plan, you need to have 1 live funnel or fewer before publishing another funnel. Since the Free plan includes 2 live funnels, this gives you room to publish your next funnel while staying on the Free plan.
The number of live funnels included varies by plan, so the best option depends on your current plan and how many funnels you want to keep live.
Moving to a plan with fewer included live funnels
If you are currently on a paid plan and want to move to a plan with fewer included live funnels, it is helpful to review the live funnel capacity of the new plan first.
Before changing plans, choose which funnels you want to keep live and manually end the rest. This gives you full control over which funnels remain published.
If this is not done manually, the system will keep the most recently published funnels live according to the live funnel capacity of the new plan. The remaining funnels will be ended automatically.
If you need more funnels to remain published, you can move to a higher subscription tier or purchase an add-on, if your plan includes that option.
