You can add leads automatically to your Attio workspace, or update people and companies you already have, using the native Attio integration. involve.me sends the data collected in your funnel straight into Attio records.

You can connect Attio to involve.me from the Connect tab inside your funnel.

To connect Attio:

You will then be redirected to Attio to choose the workspace you want to connect to involve.me.
​

Select the Attio workspace you want to use. Attio will then show the permissions that involve.me needs to create and update records in your workspace. Review the requested access, then approve it to install the connection.
​

After approving access, you will be redirected back to involve.me. The connected Attio workspace will appear in the Attio integration settings.

You can now open the Attio integration settings and continue with the object selection and field mapping.

Before mapping fields, pick where your submissions should land in Attio.

Attio Object (required): choose whether involve.me creates or updates People or Companies. People is selected by default. These are the two objects the integration supports.

Add to List (optional): after a record is created or updated, involve.me can add it to an Attio list. Pick the list you want from the dropdown, or leave it empty to skip this step.

involve.me matches records so it updates the right one instead of creating duplicates. People are matched on their email address. Companies are matched on their domain. If a match is found, that record is updated. If not, a new one is created. So make sure your funnel collects an email (for People) or a website/domain (for Companies) and that it is mapped.

In Attio, the fields on a record are called attributes. You can map your funnel fields to attributes that already exist in Attio, or create new ones directly in involve.me (text attributes only, see below).
​

Once the integration has been connected to your funnel, you'll find the Manage Custom Fields button on the funnel's integration settings, which is where you map the involve.me fields to Attio attributes.

The first time you connect this integration to a funnel, fields are mapped automatically using AI. To redo the mapping at any time, click Auto-map with AI at the top of the Fields Mapping screen. You can also map or adjust fields manually.

Create an Attio Attribute Without Leaving involve.me

You can create a new Attio attribute straight from the field mapping screen, so you don't have to set it up in Attio first. In the Attio column, open the field dropdown, click + Create new attribute, type a name, and click Create. involve.me creates the attribute on the selected object in Attio and maps it to your funnel field right away.

This works for text attributes. For other attribute types (number, currency, date, rating, and similar), create the attribute in Attio first using the steps above, then map it here.

You can disconnect an Attio connection from a particular funnel, or completely from involve.me, at any time.

To disconnect Attio from a funnel:

Once disconnected, new submissions from this funnel will no longer be sent to Attio through this integration. Records that were already created or updated in Attio will not be deleted automatically.

If you want to use Attio with this funnel again later, go back to the Connect tab, find Attio under Available apps, and click Use connection. You can then select the existing Attio connection and configure the integration for the funnel again.

You can also revoke involve.me's access directly from your Attio workspace.

To remove involve.me from Attio:

After revoking access in Attio, new submissions will no longer be sent to Attio through that connection. If you want to use Attio with involve.me again later, you will need to reconnect the integration and approve the requested permissions again.

Disconnecting or uninstalling Attio affects future syncing between involve.me and Attio.

In order to be fully GDPR compliant, you will need to tick the option "Only trigger integration when opt-in checkbox element was selected" on your integration's settings and add a dedicated opt-in checkbox that sends data over to the integration, from your involve.me funnel.
