Let Your Users Contact You in Real-Time Using Gist or Intercom

You can add Gist (formerly Convertfox) or Intercom Chat widgets to your funnels by going to the "Tracking & Scripts" section, which you can access by going into your funnel's settings or by choosing the option to publish the funnel.

Just select your chat service from the pulldown and enter your app/funnel ID.

How to find your Intercom funnel or app ID
Please make sure that if you use a whitelist on Intercom that you add "app.involve.me" to it.

Gist (formerly Convertfox)

How to find your Gist funnel or Workspace ID
Please make sure to set your funnel domain to "app.involve.me" or make sure "app.involve.me" is whitelisted for your funnel under Settings > Whitelist Domains.

Once you have added the widget to one of your funnels, it will look something like this:
