The Funnel Overview is a useful tool for keeping track of all your funnels in one place. It allows you to quickly see the status of each funnel and filter them based on your preferences.

Each funnel will have one of these statuses:

Draft

All newly created funnels are in Draft mode first until you publish them.
You can preview your funnel in Draft status only while being logged in or with the preview link that you can share to clients for approval.

Published

These funnels can collect participant data after you shared the URL or embedded it on your website. Published funnels show the current number of views, partial and completed submissions. Once published, a funnel cannot be reverted to draft status, but you can still edit it. Additionally, you can mark a published funnel as completed to make it unavailable via its public URL.

Completed

Once a funnel has reached its end date or has been stopped it will show up here.
You can view or download the results or duplicate completed funnels.

Archived

Completed funnels can be archived anytime and they will end up under this category. Archived funnels cannot be unarchived directly. However, you can duplicate an archived funnel to create an editable version with the same design and configuration.

Using the filter option you can always focus your current view on either All or just one specific type of funnel.ย

Using the drop-down you can sort your funnels by Submissions, Name and Creation Date, ascending or descending. You can also filter your funnels by status, so you can view only your draft funnels, for example, without having other funnels mixed in.
