The Project Overview is a useful tool for keeping track of all your projects in one place. It allows you to quickly see the status of each project and filter them based on your preferences.

Each project will have one of these statuses:

Draft

All newly created projects are in Draft mode first until you publish them.
You can preview your project in Draft status only while being logged in or with the preview link that you can share to clients for approval.

Published

These projects can collect participant data after you shared the URL or embedded it on your website. Published projects show the current number of views, partial and completed submissions.

Completed

Once a project has reached its end date or has been stopped it will show up here.
You can view or download the results or duplicate completed projects.

Archived

Completed projects can be archived anytime and they will end up under this category.

Using the filter option you can always focus your current view on either All or just one specific type of project.

Using the drop-down you can sort your projects by Submissions, Name and Creation Date, ascending or descending. You can also filter your projects by status, so you can view only your draft projects, for example, without having other projects mixed in.
