The Graph element turns a score, a calculator result, or a set of values into a visual on your result page: a gauge, a donut, a bar chart, and more. Instead of showing a participant a plain "You scored 72", you show them a gauge that fills to 72 with a "High" label in green. It makes results easier to read and gives your outcome pages a finished, professional look.
This article covers every option, so use the section list to jump to what you need.
Where you can add a graph
Graphs go on your Thank You page or Outcome pages (your result pages). You cannot add them to question pages. If a graph type looks greyed out in the sidebar, you are on a question page: switch to a result page and it becomes available.
You will find graphs in the editor sidebar under the Graphs category, right below the Scorecard element.
ℹ️ Graphs need a result to draw. You will not see real values in the editor or the design preview. To see what participants see, click the eye icon at the top right of the editor and choose Test funnel.
Step 1: Add a graph and pick a type
Drag a Graph element onto your result page, or click it to add it. Then pick a type in the Content section. Types are split into two groups:
Single value (show one number):
Gauge — a dial that fills toward the value. Good for a single score or rating.
Progress ring — a circular ring that fills toward the value.
Multiple values (compare several numbers side by side):
Radar / spider — plots several values around a shared center. Good for profiles and skill breakdowns.
Horizontal bar — bars running left to right.
Vertical bar — bars running bottom to top.
Donut — a ring split into segments, one per value.
Progress bar — stacked bars, each filling toward its value.
Pick a single value type when you want to highlight one result. Pick a multiple values type when you want to compare several results (for example, three calculator outputs or every category score in an assessment).
Step 2: Choose your data source
Open the Source data section and set Setup. This is where the graph gets its numbers:
Score — uses the funnel's score.
All Calculators — pulls in every calculator on the funnel automatically, including any you add later. You do not have to reconnect the graph when you add a calculator.
All Global Formulas — pulls in every global formula automatically, the same way.
Manual value selection — you pick the exact data points you want, one by one. Use this when you only want to show some of your results, not all of them.
For each data point, you can set a Label (the name shown on the graph) and a Color. Labels and colors stay editable even when the source is automatic, so you keep full control over how each value reads.
💡 Single value graphs (Gauge, Progress ring) show one data point. If you point them at a source with several values, they use the first one. For comparing many values, use a multiple values graph.
Step 3: Set your options
The Options section controls how the graph reads. Not every option shows for every graph type.
Show as percent — shows the value as a percentage instead of the raw number. Turn this off to show the absolute value (for example, "72" instead of "72%").
Enable benchmark — adds a benchmark marker to the graph so participants see their result against a target or average you set.
Use score tiers — turns the value into a named tier with its own color and text (see the next section). Click the pencil to edit the tiers.
Show average score tier — for graphs with several values, shows the tier of the average of all values, not just each one.
Show text next to graph — displays the tier's text beside the graph, so the result comes with a short explanation rather than just a number.
Score tiers: turn numbers into meaning
Score tiers turn a number into a labeled band with a color and a message. A score of 89 becomes "High" in green with the text you wrote for that tier. This is what makes results feel personal.
Turn on Use score tiers, then click the pencil to open the Score Tiers editor. For each tier you set:
Name — for example, Low, Medium, High.
Range — the band the tier covers, on a normalized 0 to 100 scale.
Color — the color used for that tier's label and graph fill.
Use + add score tier to add more bands, and drag to reorder them.
ℹ️ How the tier is picked: Single value graphs use the current value. Multiple value graphs use the average of all their values after mapping each one onto a 0 to 100 scale. Tiers always use this normalized 0 to 100 scale, so set your ranges accordingly.
A common three-tier setup: Low (up to 30, red), Medium (30 to 70, orange), High (70 or more, green).
