The Personalized AI Text element generates personalized content for each participant based on a prompt you define. Use it to create recommendations, feedback, or result summaries.
You can include question, answer, and feedback variables in your prompt using answer piping. This allows the generated text to reflect each participant’s responses.
The prompts from this element also support answer piping, which will give you the ability to add question- answer- and feedback data (like answer feedback or custom answer text) from the submission directly to the prompt. This will allow you to create personalized texts and result summaries, based on the participants' response data.
When you use the Personalized AI Text element, you’ll find several options in the panel on the right that let you control how the generated text looks and behaves:
Choose the AI model: Faster or More Accurate.
Decide whether the element is visible to participants or only used behind the scenes (for example, to send the generated text via email instead of showing it on the page).
Set a minimum height for the element.
Select the Typing Style used when the text appears: Spinner, Typing as soon as possible, or Typing regular.
Choose whether to show or hide the “AI generated” label next to the generated text.
All of the options can be found on your right side, just select the Personalized AI Text element you added to the canvas.
When you include AI-generated text in an email using a variable, its text formatting is preserved. The generated text also retains its formatting when viewed in the individual response in Analytics.

Test your funnel with different answer combinations to review the generated text. Adjust your prompt if the results need a different tone, structure, or level of detail.
ℹ️ This element uses AI Credits to generate text. The editor displays an estimated credit cost per submission. Actual usage depends on the information included in your prompt and the length and complexity of the generated response.
Paid plans include monthly AI Credits, and you can increase your allowance with an AI Credits add-on. Free plan users can purchase one-off credits through Get more credits in the element’s settings.
