With the native Zoho CRM integration, you can automatically add participants as Zoho CRM contacts and populate contact custom fields with data collected through your involve.me funnel.
You can also try the integration with a free 14-day trial before choosing a paid plan.

Connect the integration
You can connect Zoho CRM in two ways:
Go to the Integrations tab in the navbar.
Or open the dropdown menu on your funnel card, select Connect, and then click Connect on the Zoho CRM card.
If you are not currently logged in to your Zoho account, you will be prompted to log in first.
After logging in, you will be asked to grant permission for involve.me to connect to your Zoho account.
Once access has been granted, you will see the name and email address of the Zoho account you are using.
Data mapping for the Zoho CRM integration
The integration sends email and default personal data fields automatically.
To send additional data to Zoho CRM, create the corresponding Custom fields in Zoho CRM beforehand.
After the integration has been connected to your funnel, open the funnel's integration settings.
There, you will find the Manage Custom Fields button, where you can map involve.me fields to Zoho CRM fields.
To map the fields, first select the involve.me field, then select the Zoho CRM field that should receive that data. Repeat this for each field you want to send.

Lead source and lead status fields
With involve.me, you can send lead source and lead status data to Zoho CRM and populate those fields in Zoho.
For Contacts, the Lead source field is available.
For Leads, both the Lead source and Lead status fields are available.
You can collect lead source or lead status data with question elements or hidden fields.
To send this data to Zoho CRM, map the lead source or lead status field to the element that collects the corresponding value.
Tags
involve.me submissions can create custom fields and automatically assign tags in Zoho CRM.
In your funnel's integration setup, under Manage Tags & Custom Fields, you can turn on tags for different types of submission data, including:
Outcomes
Funnel name
Contact form fields
Answers from questions
When an opt-in checkbox was ticked
& more
Tags can help you trigger different actions in Zoho CRM or organize incoming data.
You do not need to set up custom fields in order to use tags. Tags can be used independently.
Good to Know
Custom fields are available in paid editions of Zoho CRM and are not available in the Free edition of Zoho CRM.
Zoho CRM supports up to 10 tags per record, so keep this in mind when enabling tags for Multiple Choice answers.
The integration can create either contacts or leads. You can choose which one you want in the Zoho CRM integration settings section.
Zoho CRM currently requires Last name, so make sure this field is included in your Contact Form.
Make sure you choose the right field names and field types for your integration.
If you have configured a Zoho CRM integration on the funnel level and then duplicate the funnel, the integration settings will be duplicated as well.
When the same email is sent again, the existing contact will be updated with the new data.
Opt-in checkbox and GDPR
To support full GDPR compliance, enable the option "Only trigger integration when opt-in checkbox element was selected" in your integration settings.
Then, add a dedicated opt-in checkbox to your involve.me funnel that sends data to the integration.

If GDPR is not relevant for your setup, you can skip this step.
Testing your integration
After the integration has been connected to your funnel, you can test it to confirm that everything is working as expected.
