In order to start your survey from an email, using hidden fields, first recreate the question on your favorite email platform.

Important: Each answer/image should link to the involve.me project, and the URL for each image should also have a different parameter. The value of that parameter will be automatically saved as the first answer.

How To Do It

  1. Start by linking each image number to a URL pointing to your project.

For example, for the image with the number 5 inside (Strongly agree) the URL with the parameter, would be:

    https://your-organization.involve.me/name-of-your-project?rating=5

Then for the image with number 4:
    โ€‹https://your-organization.involve.me/name-of-your-project?rating=4

    And so on.

  2. On the involve.me side, create the necessary hidden fields to receive the data in the project.

That's it, the survey can then continue and all the information will be stored in the Analytics.

Alternative - Invite Contacts to Your Project via Email

If you only want to send out an email inviting your contacts so they can partake on one of your projects, then make sure to check out the "Invite by email" feature in this article.
