You can add participants from your funnels automatically to Encharge using the native Encharge integration.
If you want to test the integration before committing to a paid plan, you can do so by registering for a free 14-day trial.
Not entirely sure how to set up the integration? Make sure to learn about it in our dedicated article first.
Connecting the Integration
You can connect the integration either by navigating to the "Integrations" tab in the navbar or by opening the dropdown menu of your funnel's card and selecting "Connect" - then just click "Connect" on Encharge's card.
In order to connect the integration, start by entering an Internal Connection Name, then enter your Encharge API key.
Once you have connected integration, you'll be able to see the name of your connection and the email of the Encharge account you're using.
Data Mapping for the Encharge Integration
The integration will send email and default properties automatically.
For your list to accept more data, please add "Custom fields" on Encharge accordingly beforehand.
Once the integration has been connected to your funnel, you'll find the button "Manage Custom Fields" on the funnel's integration settings, which is where you can map the involve.me fields to the integration fields.

Data From Question Elements
Any other collected data fields (eg. from multiple choice elements, free text inputs, sliders, opt-in checkboxes, etc,) can be mapped through "custom field mapping".
Good to Know
Make sure you write the field names correctly and choose the correct types, or your integration may not work (the fields are case sensitive and you can't save a text as a date property).
Custom fields on existing contacts will be updated when the same email is sent again.
If you have configured an Encharge integration on a funnel and you duplicate said funnel, your integration settings will duplicate as well.
Opt-in Checkbox and GDPR
In order to be fully GDPR compliant, you will need to tick the option "Only trigger integration when opt-in checkbox element was selected" on your integration's settings and add a dedicated opt-in checkbox that sends data over to the integration, from your involve.me funnel.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to set it up.
If GDPR is of no concern to you, then you can skip this step.
Testing Your Integration
Once the integration has been set up and connected to your funnel, it will be time to test it in order to ensure everything is working as intended, learn how to do it here.
