Get a Notification Message in Webex Whenever You Receive a New Submission

With the Cisco Webex integration, it is possible get a notification with submission data, on the Webex space of your choice. If Webex is already part of your workflow, then this will surely be a great addition to it.

Connecting the Integration

You can connect the integration either by navigating to the "Integrations" tab in the navbar or by opening the dropdown menu of your project's card and selecting "Connect" - then just click "Connect" on Webex's card.

In order to connect the integration, start by logging in to your Webex account:

Once you have logged in, you'll need to authorize involve.me to connect to your Webex account. Just click "Accept" and you'll be all set.

Once the integration is connected to a project, you can choose which Webex team/space should receive the notifications and which custom fields should be included in your notification messages.

You can access the integration settings by clicking "Connect" on the navbar (when inside the Editor) or by opening the dropdown in your project card and selecting "Connect". Then just click the "Manage Custom Fields" button.

Good to Know

  • If you have configured a Webex integration on a project and you duplicate said project, your integration settings will duplicate as well.

Opt-in Checkbox and GDPR

In order to be fully GDPR compliant, you will need to tick the option "Only trigger integration when opt-in checkbox element was selected" on your integration's settings and add a dedicated opt-in checkbox that sends data over to the integration, from your involve.me project.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to set it up.

Testing Your Integration
